I have worked in the field of SME´s and corporate business for years. My focus is on new business, innovation and people and I am always looking for new developments and possibilities to improve the dialogue between companies and between companies and consumers. Communication is the key in every successful enterprise and finding the right communication tools is crucial, whether they are used to ensure an ongoing dialogue, to gather real-time feedback from customers, or support education and training.
Since 2007 Mark has been working independently as an interim market researcher with a focus on (online) consumer market research. He became an expert in My Dialogues and hold this way of conducting research close to his heart.
Mark has extensive expertise and experience both in the fields of quantitative and qualitative research. He also has extensive experience in setting up, supervising, analyzing, reporting and presenting research projects.
Ingrid loves to be in controle of the financial side of My Dialogues. As we are in a growing mood, cash is king! With her long time experiences in conducting financial and payroll administration at various companies in the SME sector, she is the best person for the job!
We are looking for a proactive, and tech-oriented Office Manager to contribute to the overall functionality and efficiency of our office operations. The ideal candidate will be smart, great at multi-tasking, calm under pressure and thrive on independant-based work. Those without administrative experience need not apply.
